Why should I choose Strictly Logos?
Because every business is concerned about the bottom line. The success or failure of any business hinges on maximizing the return on every dollar spent. Saving a dollar on promotional products doesn't make sense if they don't convey the message they're intended to, but nicer items cost an arm and a leg. Or do they? At Strictly Logos you get the best of both worlds: the best product at the best price. The real question is why buy anywhere else?
How do you offer such low prices?
By going direct to the source. Between you and every promotional product supplier is an army of middlemen, each taking a slice. Major corporations avoid this problem by using their own sourcing agents, and by buying in huge quantities. That's just not practical for most businesses. At Strictly Logos, we apply the same purchasing power as a large corporation by sending our suppliers numerous lower quantity orders, and passing the savings on to you.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email explaining what to do next. It will include a link to our Custom Logo FAQ. The Custom Logo FAQ explains how to prepare and submit your artwork for the best final result. It can be found at http://www.strictlylogos.com/custom_logo_faq.asp. After submitting acceptable artwork for each of the products you ordered along with , you will receive a confirmation email, with a sample design of your product. We will provide you with options to choose from, and ask you to approve one of them or ask you to describe a different design, which we will do and send you another confirmation email for. Once you approve a design, we will immediately go to work fulfilling your order.
How do I submit my artwork?
Just email us a digital form of your logo and we will take the design work from there, checking with you before going into final production. What are your production times?
Our production time varies by product and is listed on each individual product page. If your purchases are finished early, we will ship them immediately. Please note that listed production times do not include delays caused by failure to submit your logo, and any time taken up by the design process, ie the amount of time it takes to approve a design.
If I order products with different shipping times, will the items be shipped together or separately?
Because our shipping rates are based on the total weight of your purchases, and because the shipping cost decreases proportionally at higher weights, all items ordered together will be shipped together. If you wish your items to ship separately, simply order the items separately, and we'll ship them as soon as they become available.
Why do your shipping rates seem so high?
That's the downside of sourcing our products directly. Because our suppliers are located overseas, our shipping costs are somewhat higher than those of our competitors. That being said, you will typically find the total cost of our products to be significantly lower than theirs, even in cases where they offer free shipping. Further, our exclusive use of DHL Air Express ensures shipping times equal to, and often faster than, our competitors. Surface shipping is available on large orders and for heavier items. Once shipped, how long will it take for my products to arrive?
Our DHL Air Express forwarding service reaches most destinations in the United States within 3-4 days.
Do you offer discounts to nonprofits and charitable organizations?
At Strictly Logos we believe in helping where we can. If your represent a charitable organization, please visit our Nonprofit and Charitable Organizations page at http://www.strictlylogos.com/nonprofit_charity.asp for more detailed information. While not all nonprofits qualify, those specifically engaged in charitable works will always find Strictly Logos willing to work towards their needs as we are able. All qualifying organizations will receive an immediate discount of $100 off of any purchase of $1000 or more. Additional discounts may be available on a case by case by basis, as determined by need. Discounts are not cumulative.
I'm interested in a style of item not listed on your website. Can you find it for me?
There's a good chance we can, and if not, something similar. We have access to many thousands of items not viewable on our website. To make your shopping experience more pleasurable and less overwhelming, we have narrowed our range to a select few high quality products. While our viewable range will continue to grow, many more products are available now. Please contact us at customrequest@strictlylogos.com with any inquiries.
